In the glass it is limpid, with a lively ruby red color, quite consistent.
On the nose it shows a wide and well defined range of aromas. Floral hints are accompanied by intense aromas of ripe fruit, with a finish of sweet spices such as cinnamon and vanilla.
On the palate it is well balanced in its components, pleasant tannic component, quite persistent with an aftertaste of plum and a balsamic nuance.
Tried in combination with grilled pork.
