Tasting Notes
At sight it is brilliant, with an intense straw yellow color, with a good consistency.
The nose is a riot of floral and fruity scents. Floral notes of rose, mimosa, but also linden and a nuance of orange blossom. Hints of fresh fruits reminiscent of freshly squeezed grapefruit, bergamot and tropical fruit.
The sip is pleasant, freshness and flavor are integrated giving pleasure and elegance. Good persistence on the nose, reminiscent of hints of dried cedar.
Tried with a seafood salad.
