Wine: Tortue Rosé Fruité
Alcoholic strength: 11,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Classification: Côtes de Gascogne.
Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Syrah.
Serving temperature: 10°-12°C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, bright pink, almost intense, quite consistent.
The nose is an effluvium of floral and above all fruity aromas. Red rose, freesia the floral component, followed by hints of red berry fruits such as currants, blackberries, raspberries and wild strawberries. Closing with a nuance of freshly crushed pomegranate fruit.
In the mouth it is the sapid acid structure that pervades the sip. The taste is rich, intense and very pleasant. It lacks a bit in persistence with an aftertaste that disappears too quickly. A sample that, however, I appreciated and recommended.
Tried it during an aperitif based on fresh cured meats.
