Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, pale straw yellow in color with clear greenish reflections, good consistency.
The nose is quite complex, with intense and fine quality scents. In addition to the floral scent, an important fruity note reminiscent of mango and papaya is highlighted, the closure is of freshly mown grass.
In the mouth it is particularly fresh, with a good acidity. Good persistence tastes olfactory, reminiscent of tropical fruit.
A sample that meets the taste of both young people and that of a more demanding taster. A wine for the whole meal.
It can be combined with not particularly elaborate fish-based dishes. An interesting white in a territory of great red wines.
