Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with an intense and brilliant straw yellow color, with a fine, numerous and persistent perlage.
The nose is floral and fruity. Notes of white flowers are accompanied by hints of white and yellow pulp fruit that recall apple, peach and ripe pear. The closure recalls the floral again with a nuance of acacia and peach flowers associated with a light scent of toasted almonds.
The sip is an authentic pleasure, well balanced in its components, it is quite persistent with a fresh citrus aftertaste.
Ideal for convivial moments in the company of friends or on the occasion of a professional event.
