Tenuta Campioni 2021, by the Apulian Fiorini winery, is produced with 100% Biancame or Bianchello. Suggested for the floral notes of rose, mimosa, but also linden and a nuance of orange blossom. Le Oche 2020, by the Fattoria San Lorenzo company, from Marche Region, 100% Verdicchio, is appreciated for The fresh sip, quite balanced in its components (…), for the hints of acacia and almond flowers, are accompanied by notes of pulp fruit white that recall the coscia pear and the golden apple. Château Coutet Saint-Magne 2019, from the French winery, Château Rocher Bellevue, is produced with 80% Merlot varietal, 20% Cabernet Franc. To be tried for the pleasant fresh sip, with a good well-smoothed tannic texture. The aftertaste, quite persistent, recalls a ripe fruit accompanied by a balsamic texture. Artemisa ’17, by the Spanish company El Jardí dels Sentits is made with 60% Syrah and 40% Macabeu. Not to be missed for its floral notes of dog rose and peach blossom that accompany and intertwine with fruity notes of pomegranate, delicate citrus nuances, embellished with aromas of small red berries.
