Tasting Notes
Limpid, of an intense ruby red color with evident purplish reflections, of good consistency.
On the olfactory examination it offers a wide range of perfumes. Floral scents of fresh red flowers stand out, which are followed by an effluvium of fruity notes reminiscent of small red berries, such as currants, blackberries and blueberries, hints of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon and a nuance of black pepper. Closing with a pleasant sensation of menthol.
Pleasant sip, with well-smooth tannins and a long finish of ripe fruit and hints of spices.
A sample of great quality and elegance that tells us about a territory with great potential. A wine that moved me.
