Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, very pale straw yellow color, with intense reflections, consistent.
On the nose, the range of its aromas is broad and intense. Notes of fresh white flowers, followed by hints of white pulp fruit such as pear and apple. The examination is completed by hints of balsamic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub.
In the mouth it is supported by a good acidity and great freshness. These characteristics give a pleasant and inviting sip. Good persistence of aromatic taste with an aftertaste of fennel.
Ideal for traditional Spanish fish dishes.
