Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a pale straw yellow color, with evident golden color textures, of good consistency.
Sample with a broad, intense and fine quality range of perfumes. Floral scents are followed by aromas of yellow-fleshed fruit such as nectarine and tropical fruits such as mango and papaya. Persuasive notes of spices such as nutmeg and freshly ground pepper close.
The sip is vibrant, balanced with pleasant acidity and freshness, which invites you to repeat the sip. The finish gives an important persistence of aromatic taste of tropical fruit.
Suitable for structured fish dishes, try it with Catalan prawns.
