Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with an intense ruby red colour, of good consistency.
On the nose, the range of perfumes is wide, varied and of good quality. Scents of fresh flowers are accompanied by notes of red and black berries. The bouquet of perfumes is completed by notes of sweet spices and aromatic herbs of the Mediterranean scrub.
The sip is important, with tannins that are well defined and not at all intrusive. Overall quite harmonious, it needs a further period of aging in the bottle.
