A historic company in the heart of the Amalfi Coast. A heroic viticulture in the suggestive village of Furore. A family business that has been expressing the generosity of a territory through excellent wines for decades. Marisa Cuomo is this and much more.
Among the wines of the company we have reviewed, we selected two rosés and a white we particularly liked.
Costa d’Amalfi Rosato 2022, produced with 50% Piedirosso (locally called pears and ‘palummo) 50% Aglianico, appreciated for: The sip is fresh, precise, perfectly balanced, with a finish of great flavor. A particular rosé wine, that of Marisa Cuomo, with an important taste, for a demanding and attentive taster. For the full review click here.
Furore Bianco Fiorduva 2021, Fenile 30%, Ginestra 30%, Ripoli 40%. The sip is an authentic pleasure for the palate: balanced, with an endless taste-olfactory persistence of exotic fruit. Impossible not to repeat the sip.
The Marisa Cuomo company, with Fiorduva 2021, confirms a trend of continuous qualitative growth that is constantly repeated year after year, harvest after harvest. For the full review click here.
Costa d’Amalfi Rosato 2021: In the mouth acidity and flavor give a pleasant, fresh sip with a long and persistent finish of fresh fruits and Mediterranean herbs. For the full review click here.
