Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw-yellow color with evident greenish reflections, quite consistent.
On the nose it shows a wide range of perfumes, quite persistent and of good quality. Notes of fresh white flowers, followed by hints of white-fleshed fruit reminiscent of green apple, peach, lemon zest and grapefruit. The bouquet of perfumes is completed by hints of cut grass with anise finish.
The sip is well structured, supported by a good acidity and great freshness. The closure is persistent with a very light bitter almond aftertaste.
Tried in combination with traditional Japanese dishes.
