Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense pink color tending towards a moderately intense lively ruby red, with a good consistency.
The bouquet of scents is broad, intense and of fine quality. Hints of fresh flowers both intertwine with notes of small red berried berries. Scents of spices complete the olfactory range.
The sip is rich, important, perfectly balanced in its components. The taste-olfactory persistence is good, reminiscent of freshly picked plum pulp.
The champion finds the ideal match in oriental cuisine.
