Wine: Cabernet Sauvignon
Variety composition: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Denomination: Napa Valley – California.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2020.
Serving temperature: 18°- 20° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright ruby red color, good consistency.
On the nose, the fruity notes envelop the taster intertwined with hints of sweet spices. It opens with notes of blackberry, cranberry and ripe plum aromas, completing the range of intense and fine scents of vanilla and a note of cocoa powder.
The sip is important, the tannic texture is interesting, the elegantly spiced aromatic persistence is good.
A wine to start that characterizes the territory of origin.
To be combined with fairly structured pork dishes where it finds its perfect match.
