Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an almost impenetrable garnet red colour, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it is quite complex, but with a range of intense and fine quality aromas. Notes of dried red flowers, followed by hints of dark berry fruits, where the blueberry is particularly evident. The examination is completed by hints of spices reminiscent of ground black peppercorns.
The sip is fresh, of medium structure but overall balanced. The closure is quite persistent with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and cloves.
