Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pale straw yellow color with light golden reflections, quite consistent.
On the nose, the range of its scents is quite complex, quite intense and quite fine. It opens with floral notes reminiscent of cut white and yellow field flowers, followed by hints of white-fleshed fruit, but above all yellow like melon, nectarine peach and, in closing, a delicate grapefruit note.
The sip is fresh overall, quite balanced in its components, but of good quality. The aftertaste of ripe fruit is interesting and persistent.
Tried it with grilled white meat.
