Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, pale pink in color, with a fine and elegant perlage.
On the nose the perfumes are quite complex and quite persistent, but overall of good quality. Hints of rose and acacia flowers are perceived immediately, followed by delicate aromas of wild berries, the examination is completed by a citrus nuance.
The sip is fresh and very pleasant. Quite persistent, it is striking for its freshness and acidity, which invite the taster to repeat the sip.
An ideal wine for a fresh aperitif based on cold cuts and fresh cheeses.
