Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a pale pink colour, quite consistent.
It is quite complex on the nose, but its floral and fruity scents are particularly intense and of fine quality. It opens with floral notes of rose and peach blossom, which are followed by intense notes of fresh red berry fruit such as cherry and raspberry.
The sip is very fresh, balanced in its components, with a fruity aftertaste that invites repeat sips.
A fresh and lively wine to try on warm summer evenings with grilled fish.
