Tasting Notes
Crystal clear, with a golden yellow color enriched by an elegant and persistent perlage.
The nose immediately appreciates the large, fresh and intense bouquet of perfumes. Notes of fresh flowers intertwine with a rich range of fruity scents: citrus and tropical fruits are the main ones. Addictive notes of cedar and aromatic herbs complete the examination.
The sip confirms what was previously perceived. Fresh, supported by a good structure, it gives a demanding palate great pleasure and elegance, inviting you to take another sip.
It goes perfectly with a scampi tartare.
