Wine: Zinfandel
Variety composition: 100% Zinfandel.
Denomination: Lodi – Central Valley – California.
Alcoholic strength: 15% vol.
Vintage: 2018.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red coat, good consistency.
Quite complex on the nose, it opens with delicate floral notes, followed by intense and fine hints of ripe berries. Wild strawberries, hard cherries, but also blackberries and currants are the main scents.
The sip is fresh, pleasant, with tannins that are not yet perfectly smooth. Fairly persistent, it leaves the taster with an evident aftertaste of ripe fruit and a hint of spices.
A pleasant discovery, an expression of the territories of origin.
To pair with meat-based dishes.
