Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red hue with evident garnet reflections.
Upon olfactory examination it presents a wide and intense range of aromas. The complexity of the scents ranges from the potpourri of red flowers to intense hints of red pulp fruit. Furthermore, hints of aromatic herbs intertwined with addictive balsamic notes are released from the glass, completing the examination.
The sip, with important and well-polished tannins, is opulent, rich and with notable structure. Good aromatic taste persistence which gives it harmony.
A wine to pair with traditional regional mature cheeses or grilled meats.
