Tasting Notes
Limpid, intense ruby red, consistent.
On the nose it is quite complex with floral, fruity and spicy hints. Hints of geranium give way to intense aromas of ripe red pulp fruit. Clear notes of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub complete the olfactory range.
The sip, with balanced tannins, is pleasant and harmonious. Quite persistent, it gives an aftertaste of ripe fruit, almost jam-like, supported by a balsamic note.
