Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an antique golden yellow colour, consistent.
On the olfactory examination it gives a bouquet of broad, intense and fine quality scents. Aromas of candied citrus fruits blend and intertwine with aromas of chestnut honey, hints of Mediterranean scrub with a note of walnut husk.
The sip is important, with a clear alcoholic sensation supported by great flavor. Elegant and harmonious in its various components, it gives the taster a persistent aftertaste of almond paste and balsamic notes of the Mediterranean scrub.
