DE BORTOLI – AUSTRALIA
De Bortoli Wines is an Australian winery that makes sustainability the key to cultivation with the ultimate goal of soon becoming a ‘Zero Waste Wine Company’.
The winery is located in the Riverina, in the south-west of New South Wales.
Vittorio De Bortoli arrived in the region after emigrating to Australia from northern Italy. The Bilbul Cellar, where it all began. It still remains today the home and heart of the company.
