Tasting Notes
A sample that already upon visual examination tells a story and its territory of origin.
With an impenetrable and lively ruby red coat, it is clear and consistent.
On the nose it is a riot of intense, complex and fine aromas. Its fruity, spicy and balsamic notes inebriate the taster.
Wild berries in jam, cassis cream are perceived immediately, and then give way to a sequence of aromas of spices, Kentucky tobacco, licorice, pine resin and in closing a note of freshly discarded chocolate bar.
On the sip, the important alcoholic note is smoothed by the great acidity and the fruity texture in its persistence.
A refined wine, of great elegance, which pleasantly surprised me.
