Wine: Cuvée Amarine
Variety composition: 100% Gamay.
Denomination: A.O.P. Coteaux Bourguignons.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 12° – 14° C.

Tasting Notes
Clear, with a moderately intense ruby red color, quite consistent.
On the nose it offers a fairly intense but broad range of aromas. It opens with fruity hints reminiscent of black cherries in alcohol, currants and blackberries. The olfactory bouquet is completed by hints of sweet spices and a hint of licorice stick.
The sip is slightly acidic, but pleasant. Good tannic texture, but not invasive. The finish is quite long with an aftertaste of spices and ripe fruit.
Pleasant, non-demanding and easy-drinking wine, to accompany unprocessed meat dishes.
