Wine: Brezo Tinto
Variety composition: 100% Mencia.
Denomination: D.O. Bierzo.
Alcoholic strength: 13% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an impenetrable ruby red colour, consistent.
The nose highlights a broad and quality bouquet of aromas. Hints of ripe fruit are accompanied by notes of hot spices, ground black peppercorns and notes of chilli pepper. The olfactory range is completed by hints of liquorice root and a pleasant note of Mediterranean herbs.
The sip is enveloping and structured. The tannic texture is important, but well smoothed. Good taste-olfactory persistence with an aftertaste of ripe fruit and medicinal herbs.
Ideal sample for traditional meat dishes from the region.
