Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright ruby red color with evident garnet hints, consistent.
The nose opens with notes of moderately withered red flowers, which are accompanied by aromas of small red berries and ripening hard cherries. The varied olfactory range is completed by an intense note of sweet spices such as vanilla and cinnamon and a balsamic note at the end.
In the sip we find confirmation of what was perceived on the nose, with a well-smoothed tannin supported by good acidity. Good olfactory taste persistence of ripening fruit and spices.
A wine that gives the taster a soft and balanced sip.
