Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with very light golden reflections, quite consistent.
On the nose, the samples present a fairly complex, intense and fine quality range of aromas. It opens with hints of fresh white flowers, followed by intense notes of tropical fruit and a delicate nuance of citrus fruits.
On the palate, freshness and acidity give the taster a pleasant and elegant sip. The aftertaste is quite intense with citric notes.
A wine to pair with unprocessed fish dishes, ideal for a warm seafood salad.
