Brazan 2021 – I Clivi

Brazan 2021 - I Clivi
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Brazan
Variety composition: 90% Tocai Friulano, 10% Malvasia Istriana.
Denomination: Venezia Giulia Bianco I.G.T..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, bright straw yellow, quite consistent.
With an inebriating olfactory range composed of fruity and floral scents that intertwine with notes of tropical spices with a nuance of saltiness.
The sip is a caress for the palate where flavor and softness complement each other. Good aromatic taste persistence with a mineral and balsamic aftertaste.
A wine, in my opinion, of great elegance.
