Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color, with good consistency.
With a fairly complex, intense olfactory range and fine quality. It opens offering floral notes associated with fruit aromas such as quince, grapefruit and lime, embellished with hints of spices and flint.
The sip is precise, well balanced in its components. Good aromatic taste persistence with notes of spices and iodized hints.
A long-lived, evolving wine of great pleasure. To better appreciate its peculiarities, we recommend opening the bottle at least half an hour before serving.
