Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, golden yellow in colour, quite consistent.
The nose opens with quite intense and good quality scents: floral, fruity and spicy. Hints of yellow wild flowers are associated with notes of ripe yellow-fleshed fruit such as peach, but also tropical notes of mango and papaya. Closing with aromas of sweet spices, vanilla specifically.
The highly pleasant sip confirms what is perceived by smell, good taste-olfactory persistence, corroborated by an aftertaste of tropical fruit and spices. Wine with good structure overall well balanced between the various components.
A wine that meets the taste of both a novice taster and a more experienced one, suited to understanding its territory of origin.
