Chocolate salami is the typical Italian home made dessert.
Marsala or Passito are perfect pairing, as a good Porto like the one we chose: LVB Porto 2017 by Ferreira. “Notes of toasting of fine woods, are accompanied by hints of cigar box and chocolate. Closing with a nuance of vanilla.” For the full review click here.
