Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a bright ruby red colour, good consistency.
On the nose it presents a wide olfactory range and intense scents. It opens with hints of moderately withered red flowers, followed by fruity notes of currants and wild strawberries, completing the olfactory bouquet with hints of undergrowth embellished with a delicate nuance of incense.
The sip is of extraordinary elegance, perfectly balanced in its components. Good tannic texture, silky and smooth, corroborated by a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit and liquorice stick.
