Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow colour, quite consistent.
The large and varied olfactory bouquet opens with hints of white flowers and addictive aromas of nectarine and citrus fruits. The exam is completed by a nuance of herbaceous and sweet spices.
The sip is very fresh, elegant, supported by a discreet acidity corroborated by good minerality. The fruit aftertaste is persistent.
