Tasting Notes
Limpid, bright and moderately intense ruby red, with good consistency.
It opens up to the sense of smell with a wide and intense range of aromas. It immediately gives hints of flowers reminiscent of iris and violet, intertwined with intense aromas of small red berries: currants, blackberry jam and blueberries. The exam is completed by a waft of aromas of Mediterranean scrub herbs and spicy spices.
The sip is perfectly balanced, supported by a velvety tannic component giving a sip of great elegance. With a long aftertaste of freshly ground pepper and liquorice root.
A wine that is confirmed for its quality year after year.
