Tasting Notes
Brilliant, straw yellow in color tending towards gold, with an infinite and elegant perlage.
On the nose it offers a wide spectrum of intense aromas. Notes of hawthorn, white and yellow pulp fruit reminiscent of peach, plum and melon, which intertwine with hints of white pepper, toasted hazelnut and white chocolate.
The sip is perfectly balanced, creamy, elegant, of great flavor, with a persistent aftertaste of fresh citrus fruits.
