Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a bright straw yellow color with important and evident golden textures, consistent.
On the nose it is a riot of intense aromas and fine quality. It opens with hints of yellow flowers, intertwined aromas of ripe yellow pulp fruit reminiscent of peach, papaya, mango and passion fruit. The olfactory range is completed by hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub and a delicate mineral nuance.
The sip is rich, structured and elegant. Perfectly balanced in its components, it gives the taster an intense and persistent aftertaste of tropical fruit. A long-lived and highly pleasant wine.
