Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an intense ruby red colour, good consistency.
Upon olfactory examination it opens with a range of complex, intense and fine quality aromas. The floral notes are followed by addictive fruity aromas: small red berries, dried plums and ripening cherries. Followed by hints of undergrowth, intriguing scents of Mediterranean scrub herbs and a delicate mineral nuance.
On the palate it offers an elegant sip, thanks to the perfect balance between the various components. The tannin is well structured, smooth, almost silky. The long and persistent finish gives an intense aftertaste of fruit jam and a balsamic note.
The sample fully satisfies the expectations of both the novice taster and those of the expert. A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin.
