Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively, impenetrable, consistent ruby red colour.
The nose offers a riot of aromas: intense and of fine quality. The floral scents are followed by aromas of berries and dried plum. The olfactory bouquet is completed by notes of sweet spices, pepper and aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub such as sage and rosemary.
The sip is opulent, powerful, with elegant and silky tannins. It leaves a persistent aftertaste of ripe fruit in the mouth embellished with notes of cocoa powder.
