Tasting Notes
The limpid is clear to the eye and has an intense ruby red color with light hints of consistent garnet colour.
The olfactory range is complex, with intense scents and fine quality. The delicate floral notes are surrounded by intense aromas of slightly overripe red berries. There are addictive aromas of sweet spices embellished with hints of cigar box with, at the end, a nuance of grated chocolate bar.
The sip is elegant, well balanced in its parts. The tannic texture requires a further period of refinement. The finish is long with an intense aftertaste of ripe fruit and fine spices.
A sample of pleasure, to drink immediately, or to taste, with a pinch of patience, in its total harmony with further refinement. A wine that amazes year after year.
