Renìs 2021 – Renìs

Renìs 2021 - Renìs
Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Renìs
Variety composition: 100% Syrah.
Denomination: I.G.T. Costa Toscana rosso.
Alcoholic strength: 14,5% vol.
Vintage: 2021.
Serving temperature: 16° – 18° C.

Tasting Notes
Limpid, with an impenetrable, consistent ruby red coat.
On the nose the bouquet of scents is quite broad but intense and of fine quality. It opens with hints of freshly cut red flowers intertwined with aromas of berries and dried plums. Hints of licorice root and a light balsamic nuance complete the examination.
The sip is very fresh, rich, well balanced in its components. The tannic texture is interesting, important but never aggressive and well smoothed. Good persistence which gives a long and intense fruity and balsamic aftertaste.
An elegant and refined wine.
