Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a very intense and lively crimson red colour, consistent.
Upon olfactory examination, it inebriates with its intense aromas and fine quality. Floral notes reminiscent of a pot pourri of red flowers blend with intense aromas of fruit ripening in jam: blueberry, blackberry, morello cherry and corn and at the end a delicate balsamic note.
The sip is rich and opulent, with a good tannic texture. Good olfactory taste persistence which gives an aftertaste of dried plum and wild berry jam in the mouth.
A wine that is an expression of the territory of origin.
