Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, straw yellow in color with almost imperceptible golden highlights, with good consistency.
The nose opens with a fairly complex range of aromas, of moderate intensity. Aromas of white and yellow flowers intertwine with hints of yellow pulp fruit such as peach, apricot and tropical fruit. In the finish there is a delicate nuance of freshly mown grass and a mineral hint.
The sip is fresh, well balanced and overall harmonious. Quite persistent with an elegant aftertaste of tropical fruit.
