Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow color embellished with very light golden reflections, with a good consistency.
On the nose it releases an elegant bouquet of intense and good quality scents. It opens with aromas of jasmine and broom, followed by fruity and herbaceous notes. Closing with mineral and sulphurous hints of the terroir of origin.
The sip is precise, well balanced in its parts. An elegant sip where flavor and acidity invite the taster to repeat the sip. Good aromatic taste persistence with sulphurous and wild mint notes.
An ideal throughout-meal wine to accompany not particularly elaborate fish-based dishes.
