Tasting Notes
Limpid, with a lively ruby red color with light garnet reflections, with good consistency.
On the nose it is quite complex, with elegant and quite persistent aromas. Floral notes blend with a delicate note of small ripe berries: blackberry, currant and hard cherry. Hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub complete the examination.
The sip is pleasant, with overall well-smooth and almost silky tannins. Good persistence of the olfactory taste with a persistent spicy aftertaste embellished with a delicate fruity note.
