Written by Piero Pardini

Wine: Falerio
Variety composition: Trebbiano, Pecorino, Passerina, Chardonnay, Fiano.
Denomination: Colli Ascolani D.O.C..
Alcoholic strength: 13,5% vol.
Vintage: 2022.
Serving temperature: 10° – 12° C.

Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a pale straw yellow color embellished with light golden nuances, with a good consistency.
The nose opens with a fairly wide range of aromas, but of fine quality. The floral notes are intertwined with hints of fresh fruit with white and yellow pulp.
The sip is fresh, rounded and overall well balanced in its components. Flavor and freshness invite the taster to repeat the sip. It gives a delicate and persistent aftertaste of fresh fruit with a delicate mineral note.
A wine for the whole meal, very pleasant and with a good quality/price ratio.
