Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a lively straw yellow colour, with a persistent and fine perlage.
The nose opens with hints of fresh white flowers, accompanied by aromas of white pulp fruit reminiscent of apple, pear and dehydrated apricot. The olfactory bouquet is also embellished with notes of butter, freshly baked brioche and a hint of citrus in the finish.
The sip is fresh, very pleasant, well balanced in its components, good olfactory taste persistence which gives a persistent aftertaste of fresh citrus fruits where notes of lime and grapefruit emerge.
