Tasting Notes
Brilliant, with a bright and lively straw yellow color, with a persistent and elegant perlage.
The nose opens with fresh notes of white flowers intertwined with hints of white fruit such as pear and apple. The olfactory bouquet is completed by addictive aromas of toasting and a hint of caramel in the finish.
On the palate it is well balanced in the parts where what is perceived on the nose corresponds. The finish, long and persistent, gives a delicate aftertaste of brioche with a minty note.
A sample of great pleasure, expression of the territory of origin.
