Tasting Notes
Crystal-clear, with a lively straw yellow colour, good consistency.
On the nose the olfactory range is quite complex. It opens with hints of white flowers accompanied by notes of fresh white fruit such as apple and pear. The olfactory bouquet is completed by a mineral note and a nuance of aromatic herbs.
The sip is fresh, pleasant, overall balanced in its components. Good persistence, olfactory taste of fresh fruit and a delicate minerality.
